ERP consulting · Alexander Koltsov
As an ERP consultant, I help you define what your system needs to support, plan the changes and lead the implementation. My work connects business processes, financial reporting and the technical decisions behind them.
Discuss your ERP projectYour situation
You may be choosing your first ERP, expanding an existing system or trying to get a project back on track. I work with owners, finance, operations and IT leaders to establish what needs attention.
Teams have different requirements and software demonstrations are difficult to compare. You need an agreed scope before selecting a system or partner.
More entities, warehouses or sales channels mean more reconciliation and repeated work. You need consistent processes and reliable management information.
Decisions remain open, the scope keeps changing or users cannot complete essential tasks. You need a review of the work and a practical delivery plan.

Selected project experience
I have owned ERP systems inside a business and led implementation work for clients. These examples show the processes, delivery responsibilities and operating scale involved.
Local practices and manual coordination made it difficult to manage stock, production and finance across the group.
I designed and led the ERP implementation across purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, treasury and accounting, and personally trained teams in Africa.
Four entities and twenty warehouses worked within a shared operating model, with trained users and defined controls for stock and cash.
Manufacturing, sales, stock and financial data were spread across departments and external systems.
As ERP owner and transformation lead, I developed the Odoo environment, coordinated integrations and translated business needs into implementation priorities.
Demand, production, delivery and accounting were connected across the business. Ongoing ERP changes followed a managed delivery process.
A large product catalogue and recurring order volume required consistent records across the storefront, inventory and fulfillment.
I worked on the integration architecture and synchronization rules for products, variants, customers, orders, stock and fulfillment.
Defined data flows connected storefront transactions to ERP operations, reducing duplicate handling and improving catalogue and stock consistency.
ERP consulting engagement options
I stay involved in the business detail as well as the delivery decisions. We agree on deliverables, responsibilities, review points and fees before the work starts.
For a specific system decision, process issue or project review.
For selection, implementation or recovery that needs active coordination.
For management teams that need regular support as the business changes.
Review the situation → agree the plan → deliver and test → train users → hand over and review results. I work with your team throughout, so responsibilities and knowledge remain in the business.

An ERP consultant connects business requirements with system decisions and implementation work. I help define processes, assess software, coordinate delivery and check that the result supports the people who will use it. The scope can be a focused review or support through implementation.
Before committing to software if your requirements are unclear, when an implementation needs stronger business ownership, or when an existing ERP is creating more manual work than expected. I can also assess a delayed project before you commit further budget.
My hands-on implementation and architecture experience is strongest in Odoo. For ERP selection, I start with your business requirements and assess the relevant options against them. My background includes founding ERPixel, an Odoo business; we agree whether the engagement is advisory, delivery leadership or implementation support at the outset.
Yes. I can represent the business, clarify requirements, coordinate decisions and review deliverables while your partner handles configuration and development. We define responsibilities and approval authority before the work starts.
Yes. My experience includes an ERP implementation for four legal entities and twenty warehouses, as well as manufacturing, intercompany transactions and group reporting. I assess the requirements of each entity and the controls needed across the group.
The fee depends on the scope, system landscape, required involvement and stage of the project. Once I understand the situation, I prepare a proposal with deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees. A focused assessment can help define a larger engagement.
