ERP for four companies and twenty warehouses
Manufacturing and distribution
I led an ERP implementation covering purchasing, manufacturing, inventory and finance, and trained the teams in Africa.
Shopify Plus and Odoo integration
E-commerce operations
I worked on integration design for a retailer with more than 10,000 SKUs and about 1,400 monthly orders, covering products, orders, stock and fulfillment.
AI-assisted management reporting

I designed an architecture that lets AI retrieve business data from approved sources and explain financial results, with access controls and human review.
